Final Sale Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, all body jewelry is final sale and non-returnable, even if unused. This is to ensure the safety of all our clients and their customers.

Defective or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect all products before shipment. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photo(s) of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Anodized (Custom Colour) Jewelry Disclaimer 
Please note that anodized titanium jewelry is coloured through an electrochemical process.

While we will always do our best to achieve the exact colour requested, results may vary. 

Certain shades may appear similar when voltages are close together (for example, gold and rose gold), and pieces may show subtle hints of neighbouring colours. Because of these natural variations, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed and is not considered a defect.

Returns for Non-Jewelry Items (Tools, Supplies, etc.)

Eligible non-jewelry items (e.g. tools, packaging materials) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You have received return authorization from us
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order once your return is approved and processed (if applicable).

    Refunds & Store Credit

    • Refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
    • Store credits are available upon request and will be issued via email with a custom code.

    Return Process

    1. Contact us at unitfivesupplies@gmail.com to initiate a return request.
    2. Once approved, ship the item(s) to the return address provided.
    3. Include your order number and name inside the package.
