Typically, Canadian orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

A: At this time, we primarily serve customers within Canada. For international inquiries, please contact us directly to discuss potential options. Please note that international orders are subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
A: Absolutely! We offer local pickup from our Toronto location. As mentioned, there's no MOQ for pickup orders. Please schedule your pickup at least 2 hours in advance during our designated pickup hours, which are Monday - Friday - 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Q: Can I request a same-day pickup for a single item?
Yes—within reason! If you're a piercer in a bind and urgently need an item, feel free to reach out. We'll do our best to help.
Returns, Exchanges & Product Information
Q: What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
A: All sales are generally considered final on non-defective items. While we strive for the highest quality, sometimes defects may occur. If you experience any issues with your product, please contact us so we can assist you. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and photographic evidence. Unused, defective products can be exchanged or credited at our discretion. All returns require prior authorization.
Q: What if a product arrives damaged?
A: If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately and contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Q: Are your jewelry pieces safe for initial piercings?
A: Yes, we are committed to providing high-quality, body-safe materials suitable for piercing. All of our jewelry meets the ASTM F136 designation, and specific material details are listed on each product page to help you choose the appropriate jewelry for your clients. Please see our Mill Certificate for full certification and quality assurance information.
Q: How should I sterilize the jewelry I purchase from you?
A: All jewelry should be sterilized by the piercer prior to insertion in accordance with local health regulations and industry best practices, using a properly maintained and validated autoclave, other steam sterilizer, or equivalent sterilization method. Always follow the manufacturer's recommendations for sterilization of specific materials and designs. We do not pre-sterilize jewelry unless specifically stated.
